Due to the influence of the wood, the wine received both typical Sauvignon Blanc notes as well as a strong finish with slightly smoky (Fumé) flavours. It has a marked intensity and shows aromas of tomato leaf, star fruit and yellow kiwi. Spicy, slightly reductive aromas subtly enrich the bouquet. The mouthfeel is balanced and reveals a sublime texture with an elegant creaminess.
