Apricot to the eye, this wine has aromas of peach, lavender and thyme. There is a good balance of savory and fruit flavors—Granny Smith apple, rose petal, orange marmalade, dried herbs and clam shell. A bright finish breaks through a tight wall of chewy tannins.
