This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards. It's made without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins. The palate is rich and textured, full of exotic aromas and complex fruit flavours.
